Any acceptance of a quote, signing of a contract or commencement of performance of a service constitutes unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, unless otherwise specified in writing and signed by both parties.

4. Ordering and Quotation Process

1. The client contacts BODYGUARD PARIS AGENCY (online form, email, telephone, social networks).

  • The nature and scope of the service
  • The number of agents and their profile
  • Dates, times and locations of intervention
  • Pricing and billing methods
  • Possible specific conditions (particular risks, international travel, etc.)

The quote is sent to the client by email or any other agreed means.

The quote is valid until the expiry date indicated, or failing that for 30 days from its issue date.

The order is now firm and final:

  • Upon receipt by BODYGUARD PARIS AGENCY of the dated and signed quote with the mention "Approved", possibly accompanied by a deposit if this is planned.

The payment terms are specified in the quote and/or the contract:

  • Accepted payment methods (bank transfer, check, cash within legal limits, etc.)
  • Possible deposit (50% upon order, balance due 15 days after service)
  • Payment terms (e.g., 30 days end of month for professionals)

BODYGUARD PARIS AGENCY reserves the right to modify its rates at any time, with services being billed based on the rates in effect on the day the quote is accepted.

7. Cancellation and modification conditions

Cancellation or modification conditions vary depending on the type of service and must be specified in each quote/contract.

In the absence of specific stipulations more favorable to the client, the following indicative rules may apply (to be adapted and specified):

  • Cancellation by the customer:
  • More than 15 days before the start of the service: cancellation without charge or with a 20% study fee deduction].
  • Between 15 and 7 days before the service: 50% of the total quote amount will be invoiced.
  • Less than 7 days before the service or in case of no-show: 100% of the total amount will be charged, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.
  • Modifications by the client (times, locations, duration, scope):
  • Any modification must be requested in writing (email, letter) and expressly accepted by BODYGUARD PARIS.
  • In the event of an increase in scope (time, agents, increased risk), an amendment to the quote or contract may be proposed, with an adjustment of the price.
  • Some late modifications (e.g., changes to schedule or location less than 72 hours before the mission) may result in additional charges or be impossible for operational reasons.

The specific rules for each type of service (close protection, event, villa surveillance, etc.) must be mentioned in the quotes/contracts:

  • Ensure intervention conditions comply with regulations (access, site security, minimum equipment).
